About The Company

Newline Graphics Ltd is a was formed in August 1990 and specialises in airframe structural analysis, engineering software development and analysis project management. We take immense pride in finding innovative ways of solving engineering problems that ensures optimisation for our client base.

Services

Aircraft Stress & Design

Airframe structural analysis is the core activity of the Company. We have extensive experience gained over many years in mainstream design stress analysis, production and product design stress including airframe repairs and analyses in support airframe type certification. We offer an engineering service that is degree level educated and has achieved approval signatory status for stress from a major aerospace manufacturer. Our Company has a proven track record of positively contributing to the team environment, working seamlessly with the design office. Our aim is to always provide an efficient service and fully support the key objectives of design project, ensuring a weight efficient structure.

Engineering Software Development

Our Company has built a substantial reputation for creating tools and methods to maximise efficiency and eliminate potential mistakes can result in a greater operational efficiency, cost reduction and reduced risk. We are continually looking for ways to optimise the way things are done, which gives added benefit our clients cost savings whilst achieving better and more consistent solutions. We specialise in developed software applications & add-ins using Microsoft Office VBA which is currently the industry standard programming languages to solve complex engineering problems. Where other engineering companies can follow processes, we have had the privilege of working alongside Cabot Design which stands out from its competitors as being able to write bespoke stress analysis and processes to the highest standards. We have collaborated with Cabot Design’s engineers and have helped write certification standard analysis methods for all current Airbus commercial aeroplanes. An example of this being Cabot Design’s main wing-box rib analysis methods and processes have been the adopted by Airbus as the standard means of achieving stress certification for all new commercial aeroplanes since 2003.

Project Management

Due to the level of experience we have gained in our specialised fields of competence, we are often asked to take on a lead role in the stress activities on behalf of our clients. This involves the need to clearly scope out / plan individual tasks and assign suitable resource required to efficiently complete the project. Milestone monitoring coupled with clear effective communication with the customer is also required to ensure the seamless progress of the project.
